  • • As Director of Customer Experience at EasyLlama Inc., you will lead and scale the post-sales organization across Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding, owning the full customer lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion to drive retention, growth, and predictable revenue in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • • You will lead and develop managers and individual contributors across Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding teams, building a high-performing, customer-centric culture with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability while ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.
  • • You will own the end-to-end customer journey, identifying and removing friction points to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that drives fast time to value, strong adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • • You will drive renewal and expansion strategy to maximize net revenue retention and minimize churn, maintaining accurate forecasting and revenue predictability through disciplined CRM hygiene and data-driven decision-making.
  • • You will oversee Support and Onboarding excellence, ensuring onboarding drives rapid adoption and scalable one-to-many approaches while maintaining high responsiveness and satisfaction in support interactions.
  • • You will build and refine operational processes to support growth, establishing strong CRM discipline, clear performance metrics, and scalable systems across teams to enable consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on customer needs, advocate for the customer in product and go-to-market decisions, and ensure organizational alignment around delivering exceptional customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading and scaling Customer Success, Support, and/or Onboarding teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • • Deep expertise in SaaS customer lifecycle management, including renewals, expansions, customer health, and net revenue retention optimization.
  • • Strong track record of building processes, systems, and teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on operational scaling and CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred).
  • • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders, not just individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • • Comfortable managing both high-touch and scaled one-to-many customer models to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • • Highly data-driven with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and using metrics to predict revenue and improve customer outcomes.
