  • • As Director, Customer Success – Japan, you will lead Kraken’s most strategic client relationships in Japan while building and shaping our Customer Success presence in the region.
  • • You will operate both as a Client Partner for key accounts and as the regional leader for Customer Success in Japan, driving successful client outcomes and establishing Kraken’s Customer Success model in the region.
  • • Kraken Technologies Limited is a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system, powering innovative global developments in energy by optimizing renewable generation, enabling intelligent grids, and transforming utility customer experiences worldwide.
  • • This role is critical to Kraken’s success in Japan as we expand our presence, build long-term partnerships with utilities, and adapt our model to local market dynamics, offering the opportunity to shape how we operate and grow in a key growth market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading Customer Success teams and managing strategic client relationships in the energy or technology sector.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale Customer Success functions in new or emerging markets, particularly in Japan or APAC.
  • • Strong background in working with utilities or large enterprise clients to deliver successful outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • • Experience collaborating with global leadership while operating with regional autonomy and influencing cross-functional teams.
