- • Director Customer Success will own driving success for an assigned subset of strategic members, focusing on adoption, advocacy, retention, account plan development, customer satisfaction, and frequent cadence with stakeholders and economic buyers.
- • The person in this role is responsible for meeting/exceeding goals such as relationship development and growth, renewal rate, ROI/Value, and Net Promoter Score.
- • This position will work and function as an integral part of Stanson-Premier’s member-facing teams, ensuring that members will be successful in an era of healthcare reform integration and beyond.
- • Key responsibilities include maintaining a proactive cadence with customers, analyzing data trends, presenting insightful use cases and recommendations, building and growing business relationships, identifying project risks, and utilizing business professional writing and communication skills.
- • The Director Customer Success will also identify and validate value and return on investment, utilize standard practices and reporting, and contribute to ongoing improvement/best practices for Customer Success.
- • This role requires staying current on all Stanson-Premier services, technology, and solutions, as well as industry and regulatory changes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 or more years of applicable experience
- • Bachelor's degree required
- • Managing or implementing large complex accounts with multiple products and services (preferred)
- • Developing relationships and engaging with health system C-suite and other key functional stakeholders (preferred)
- • Executive level presentations (preferred)
- • Health system operations (preferred)
- • Consulting experience (preferred)
- • Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena, or other EMR implementation, and/or healthcare consulting roles (preferred)
- • SaaS experience (preferred)
- • Master's degree (preferred)
- • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
