- • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Executives responsible for enterprise health system accounts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health system clients, building trusted relationships with senior clinical and operational leaders including CNOs, CMIOs, and COOs
- • Directly manage enterprise implementations of Hippocratic AI’s generative AI solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with client clinical workflows, operational priorities, and care delivery models
- • Define, track, and communicate measurable client success metrics tied to clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial impact across health system deployments
- • Design and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of AI tools within complex, matrixed healthcare environments with diverse stakeholder groups
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer feedback and implementation insights into product enhancements and go-to-market strategy
- • Execute established onboarding, training, and workflow integration playbooks while actively contributing to their refinement based on real-world deployment experiences
- • Mentor junior Customer Success Executives and participate in hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to scale the customer success function
- • Operate as a player-coach: balancing direct client management responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring both individual and team success metrics are consistently met
- • Navigate regulatory, compliance, and data governance requirements inherent in healthcare technology deployments to ensure solution integrity and client trust
- • Deliver scalable, repeatable success models across a portfolio of enterprise health systems, translating early product-market fit into sustained, long-term client value
- • Travel to client sites in Northeast, OH five days per week, with occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters in Palo Alto, CA for strategic planning and team sessions
- • Act as a trusted advisor to health system leadership, positioning Hippocratic AI’s platform as a mission-critical tool for improving patient outcomes and operational performance
- • Champion the safe, autonomous clinical conversation capabilities of Hippocratic AI’s Polaris constellation LLM within client organizations, emphasizing its 99.9% accuracy and healthcare-specific design
- • Ensure all customer success activities adhere to the company’s mission of safety-first AI in healthcare, upholding rigorous standards for ethical and responsible deployment
- • Represent Hippocratic AI professionally in high-stakes healthcare environments, communicating technical capabilities in accessible terms to non-technical clinical and executive stakeholders
- • Contribute to the development of best practices for client retention, expansion, and renewal within the enterprise healthcare market
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare, including 5+ years in customer-facing leadership roles working with or within health systems
- • Proven ability to lead and develop teams managing enterprise accounts and drive impact across large, matrixed provider organizations
- • Deep knowledge of clinical workflows, operational processes, and care delivery models (especially nursing or revenue cycle)
- • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a startup or high-growth technology environment
- • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with comfort presenting to and influencing clinical and operational leadership at health systems (CNO, CMO, COO)
- • Demonstrated success in implementation excellence, change leadership, and delivering measurable results in healthcare innovation
