- • As Director, Customer Value Management, you will lead a segment within the Enterprise Customer Value Management organization, driving value realization, adoption, utilization, retention, and long-term partnerships for Coupa’s customers.
- • You will lead execution of programs, processes, and methodologies that ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from Coupa’s spend management platform, partnering with Sales, Services, Product, Operations, Enablement, and Marketing teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
- • You will foster executive relationships with customers through 1:1 meetings and collaborate with internal and external delivery leaders during implementation to capture growth opportunities and ensure smooth renewal of customer entitlements.
- • Coupa empowers businesses with AI-driven total spend management, informed by trillions of dollars of spend data across a global network of 10M+ buyers and suppliers, enabling smarter, more profitable decisions that improve operating margins.

- • Proven experience leading enterprise Customer Success or Client Delivery teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- • Deep expertise in driving customer value through adoption of procurement, finance, and supply chain solutions.
- • Demonstrated thought leadership in Customer Success tools, strategies, and methodologies for value realization and retention.
- • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Services, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- • Experience fostering executive-level customer relationships through strategic 1:1 engagements.
- • Background combining practitioner and consultant experience in enterprise software delivery.
