- • As Director, Dealer Relations at S&P Global Inc., you will lead account and revenue retention efforts with a focus on customer success and long-term engagement, driving strategic growth in the automotive industry through data-informed relationship management.
- • Day to day, you will mentor and develop Dealer Relations Managers, implement product rollouts, analyze territory dynamics using analytics, identify upselling opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, and serve as the primary contact for escalated client issues while ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- • You will join automotiveMastermind, a high-growth, innovative subsidiary of S&P Global headquartered in New York City, which empowers automotive dealerships through predictive analytics and marketing automation via its Mastermind platform to predict future buyers and increase deal closures.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in customer-centric leadership, data-driven territory strategy, and executive-level stakeholder communication, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth within your team and across functions.
