- • The Director of Demand Generation owns the pipeline number, designing, running, and scaling programs that feed qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team targeting multifamily owners, operators, and on-site Property Managers.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading a small team, executing multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, content syndication, SEO, email, webinars, field events, ABM), owning persona development and customer research, aligning weekly with sales leadership on ICP and pipeline health, optimizing the martech stack (HubSpot and Salesforce), managing the marketing budget, and reporting on CAC payback, pipeline per dollar spent, and funnel velocity.
- • Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform modernizing private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices by replacing stickers and spreadsheets with a self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service, integrated with major PMS and gate hardware to lift Net Operating Income (NOI) for clients.
- • In this role, the person can learn to scale demand generation in a high-growth Series A B2B SaaS company, build and defend a quarterly pipeline plan tied to AE quota coverage, stand up named-account ABM plays against top US property management companies, and position themselves for a future VP of Marketing scope as the team expands into brand, content, and product marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with 3+ years leading a team and carrying/hitting a pipeline number
- • Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, lifecycle, events, and partnerships with proven ability to distinguish effective Series A tactics from cash-burning activities
- • Experience building an ABM program from scratch that generated sourced pipeline (not just vanity engagement) and familiarity with platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Clearbit
- • Fluency in Salesforce and HubSpot, comfort with SQL or willingness to learn, and strong grasp of attribution models and their limitations
- • Proven track record in conducting direct customer/prospect interviews and leveraging quantitative data to build and refine personas that standardize messaging and optimize funnel strategy
- • Committee selling experience in multifamily, PropTech, or complex B2B environments where influencing multiple stakeholders (operations, finance, IT) is required
