- • The Director, Digital Operations leads a team of ~6 fully remote Capability Operations Business Partners (OBPs) responsible for financial and operational planning for the $700MM Digital Services portfolio, reporting to the Corporate Vice President, Digital Operations.
- • The role involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing OBP team, owning the operating model, ensuring consistent high-impact support to Digital Business Unit leaders, and serving as the initial point of escalation for operational and leadership issues.
- • The position oversees monthly close, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and business management cadence, aligning financial plans with enterprise targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Growth Enablement, and Enterprise FP&A.
- • The Director defines and scales processes for decision-ready insights, leads enterprise initiatives to improve planning and performance management, identifies risks and opportunities, and partners with Data/IT to establish a single source of truth for financial data and drive adoption of enterprise reporting tools.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, required.
- • Professional services or consulting industry experience required.
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management or FP&A.
- • 3+ years leading lean teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- • Strong background in financial and operational management.
- • Ability to build a high-performing team culture and influence senior leaders without direct authority.
