• • As Director, Employer Partnerships at Local Infusion, you will serve as the primary liaison between the healthcare system and large employer partners, designing and delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve employee health outcomes, enhance satisfaction, and deliver competitive value. This role is pivotal in expanding Local Infusion’s reach through strategic relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and self-funded employers across New England.
• • You will develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with regional benefits brokers and consultants — your primary channel — while prospecting, qualifying, and closing contracts with self-funded employers (500+ lives preferred), union/Taft-Hartley plans, and municipal/public-sector entities. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, leveraging CRM for disciplined pipeline management.
