- • Pearl Health is at the forefront of transforming healthcare by empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to thrive in the evolving landscape of value-based care. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior healthcare executive to spearhead the expansion of our enterprise partnerships across the Midwest region. As the Director of Enterprise Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in growing our provider network by strategically converting qualified opportunities into participating providers within our innovative offerings, including ACO REACH, MSSP, and other Pearl-driven initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup environment and make a significant impact on the future of American healthcare.
- • Your primary objective will be to cultivate and manage relationships with organizations that oversee large primary care networks. You will be responsible for educating executive leadership within these organizations on the intricacies and benefits of value-based care models and the specific CMS programs we support. This requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite stakeholders.
- • Success in this role hinges on your proven ability to source, negotiate, and close enterprise-level partnerships with major medical groups, hospitals, and health systems. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with senior executives. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you will work closely with our product, technology, client success, data science, marketing, and growth teams to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes for our partners.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing a disciplined targeting methodology and prospect funnel. This involves meticulously managing relationships with key decision-makers within large physician groups, hospitals, and health systems to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets. Your ability to articulate and position our enterprise product vision effectively will be crucial in engaging these sophisticated organizations.
- • A core responsibility is to own and steward the entire enterprise sales process for organizations managing 2,000 or more lives. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all required analyses, deliverables, and critical action items. You will be the primary point of contact, building strong executive-level relationships and providing an exceptional, trusted experience that fosters long-term partnerships.
- • Establishing and maintaining a robust feedback loop from enterprise prospects is vital. You will synthesize market insights and prospect input to directly inform our strategic direction and product evolution, ensuring that Pearl Health remains at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation. This involves designing and continuously improving communication strategies, outreach methods, and engagement incentives to deepen provider relationships and maximize mutual success.
- • To effectively identify and engage prospects, you will need to develop a keen understanding of local and market-specific nuances. This will involve travel as needed for in-person prospecting, representing Pearl Health at key industry networking events, conferences, and community forums. Your presence and engagement will be critical in building our brand and expanding our reach.
- • Meticulous tracking of all opportunities is paramount. You will utilize our CRM and database tools to manage your pipeline, ensuring data integrity and providing accurate forecasting. Close collaboration with internal teams on pricing, proposal development, deal terms, and contract negotiations will be essential to closing complex enterprise deals.
- • This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes and supporting physicians. You will be a key driver of Pearl Health's growth and success in the vital Midwest market.
🎯 Requirements
- • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales and/or business development, specifically within the enterprise or large physician group healthcare sector.

- • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- • A proactive and persistent approach to prospecting, combined with a deep understanding of the nuanced and often lengthy enterprise contracting cycle.
- • A genuine passion for improving healthcare relationships and a strong enthusiasm for supporting and empowering physicians and provider organizations.
