- • The Director - Enterprise Sales leads strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational targets by developing and executing sales plans, managing a high-performance sales team, and identifying new business opportunities in the enterprise technology market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing leadership and coaching to the sales team, overseeing sales budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with marketing and product teams, ensuring compliance with sales standards, and reporting strategic insights to senior leadership.

- • In this role, the individual can develop advanced strategic sales leadership skills, influence organizational sales direction, build executive-level client and partner relationships, and gain exposure to cross-functional innovation in sales processes and market expansion strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience
- • 7-10 years of experience in Sales or a relevant functional area
- • 4+ years of experience in a management position
- • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- • Expert proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions and data
- • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning tasks
- • Ability to travel 25% and to customer sites within the dedicated territory
- • Residency in the Philadelphia, PA area as required by SHI management
