  • • As Director, Enterprise Sales at TeamDynamix LLC, you will lead a high-impact team of New Logo Sales Executives to drive aggressive bookings growth and exceed revenue targets across the enterprise market. This role is critical to scaling the company’s presence in the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) SaaS space, where you will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on coach to elevate team performance, refine sales execution, and expand into upper-tier enterprise accounts. Your leadership will directly influence the company’s ability to capture market share, improve win rates, and sustain high-growth momentum in a competitive landscape.
  • • Day to day, you will own monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo bookings targets for your team, serving as the executive sponsor on priority enterprise deals and guiding deal strategy, pricing, and close plans on strategic accounts. You will develop and execute data-driven initiatives to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve win rates, leveraging insights from CRM and forecasting tools to optimize sales processes. You will hire, onboard, train, and retain enterprise-caliber sales talent, setting clear goals and providing consistent coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure ramp success and long-term retention. You will conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions, maintain accurate forecasting, and enforce accountability through KPIs and performance management plans. You will partner closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment and deliver seamless customer experiences, while supporting your team in high-stakes engagements such as RFP responses, executive presentations, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions. You will foster a culture of accountability, trust, and customer-centricity, promoting open communication and professional conduct across all interactions.
