- • As Director, Enterprise Sales - Greenfield at New Relic, you will lead and grow the company's success in the West/Central region by driving new logo acquisition and capturing untapped market share through aggressive Greenfield expansion in enterprise accounts.
- • You will lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives to achieve personal, team, and organizational quotas by structuring sales opportunities, supporting selling activities, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams.
- • You will build and execute strategic go-to-market plans, drive six- and seven-figure deals, develop annual sales forecasts using top-down and bottom-up inputs, and provide executive leadership in sales forecasting, territory planning, mentorship, and commission design.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence by attending trade shows, conferences, and internal meetings, while owning regional customer happiness and renewal rates to ensure long-term account health and growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree is required
- • 5+ years of confirmed experience as a Sales Leader with direct reports selling enterprise application software to developers, IT/Operations, application owners, and/or business leaders
- • Knowledge of the SaaS/Cloud/Application Performance Monitoring space
