- • Lead a team of Account Executives as Regional Director, Enterprise Sales for Oscilar Inc., driving revenue growth and managing sales operations across the Southeast region.
- • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure predictable, above-quota results through effective pipeline management.
- • Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process to achieve targeted sales objectives and scale team performance.
- • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a positive, motivating, and performance-driven culture.
- • Partner cross-functionally to expand revenue opportunities and track key growth metrics to assess individual and team performance.
- • Work with industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent on a mission to make the digital world safer through advanced AI Risk Decisioning™.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience in a relevant domain, with at least 5 years leading a team, preferably in enterprise sales.
- • Proven track record of closing enterprise business and consistently exceeding individual contributor quota to effectively train and mentor Account Executives.
- • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented people with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- • Experience building scalable sales processes and using modern sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to optimize performance and drive results.
