- • As Director, Enterprise Sales at Firework Technologies, you will lead the expansion of the North America Sales team by driving enterprise demand and owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure for a sophisticated multi-platform video commerce solution.
- • You will engage directly with senior and C-level stakeholders across marketing, e-commerce, and digital innovation functions at large enterprises, positioning Firework’s AI-powered video commerce platform as a strategic asset for transforming customer engagement and conversion.
- • You will operate within a high-growth, venture-backed company that has raised over $235M and is leveraging a powerful network effect to scale its impact in the future of connected commerce, working alongside global brands and retailers.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI and video commerce sales, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy for a first-mover in agentic commerce, with clear pathways to leadership and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in enterprise sales, specifically selling complex, multi-product technology solutions to large organizations.
- • Experience engaging and influencing C-level and senior stakeholders in marketing, e-commerce, and digital innovation departments.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles, from prospecting and outbound outreach to negotiation and closing.
- • Strong understanding of video commerce, AI-driven marketing technologies, or adjacent martech/adtech landscapes.
- • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performance sales teams in fast-growing tech environments.
