  • • As Director, Enterprise Strategic Growth Sales at HackerOne, you will lead the North America Strategic Enterprise expansion function, owning the strategy, execution, and results across the company’s most sophisticated enterprise customers. This role is pivotal in shaping how HackerOne grows multi-year partnerships with global Fortune 500 companies and public sector innovators, building a scalable expansion motion that drives durable revenue growth while deepening customer impact in an era where offensive security is no longer optional but the standard for forward-thinking organizations.
  • • You will lead through others by developing high-performing Strategic sellers and managers, strengthening executive relationships across customer organizations, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable security outcomes at scale. Your leadership will directly contribute to HackerOne’s mission of uniting agentic AI with the world’s largest community of security researchers to continuously discover, validate, prioritize, and remediate exposures across code, cloud, and AI systems for industry leaders like Anthropic, Goldman Sachs, Uber, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • • Day to day, you will translate company strategy into clear departmental goals and own the full Strategic expansion number, driving forecast accuracy, pipeline rigor, renewal excellence, and executive-level deal execution across complex, multi-threaded accounts.
  • • You will multiply your impact by developing and coaching Strategic sellers and managers, building leadership bench strength, and installing repeatable systems that enable consistent overachievement through structured forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
  • • You will embed AI First practices into account planning, forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal strategy to improve quality, speed, and competitive advantage while ensuring responsible adoption of AI tools in sales workflows.
  • • You will champion data-driven decision making by establishing clear metrics, leading structured business reviews, and using evidence to refine territory design, account segmentation, and expansion strategy.
  • • You will apply First Principles Problem Solving to redesign processes, remove friction in cross-functional collaboration, and simplify complex enterprise selling motions into durable, scalable systems that support long-term customer success.
  • • You will model change agility by leading the Strategic team through evolving market conditions, product innovation, and organizational growth while maintaining clarity, urgency, and focus.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure the voice of Strategic customers informs company priorities and long-term planning.
  • • You will operate in a decentralized, high-growth, remote-first environment, leveraging HackerOne’s values of Customer Obsession, Default to Disclosure, and Win Together to foster inclusion, respect, and accountability across teams and with external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience selling SaaS technology to large Enterprise or Strategic accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing Enterprise or Strategic sales teams with full number accountability
  • • Demonstrated ownership of a department-level revenue target with consistent overachievement
  • • Experience building structured forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning systems within a data-driven sales organization
  • • Experience selling cybersecurity, offensive security, or highly technical SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 accounts
  • • Proven track record of leading expansion-focused teams (renewals, upsell, cross-sell) in a land-and-expand model
