  • • As a Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of Pre-Sales Systems Engineers who partner closely with sales to drive strategic outcomes for customers in the West region, setting technical vision and aligning pre-sales strategy with Everpure’s go-to-market priorities.
  • • You will help grow revenue within the region by working with sales and pre-sales leadership to establish and track progress against long-term sustainable growth plans, engaging directly with leadership to strategize on team opportunities, and leading, reporting, and analyzing the pipeline and forecast from a technical perspective.
  • • You will provide organizational leadership by retaining, hiring, and leading a world-class team of SE Managers and Systems Engineers, developing and maintaining resources for efficient deployment, ensuring overlay team alignment, mentoring and coaching team members through regular 1:1s, and ensuring every employee has goals and an Individual Development Plan.
  • • You will ensure alignment, cooperation, and partnership by aligning technical messages across overlay functions, building relationships with technical equivalents in regional Alliance and Channel partners, and maintaining your network within and outside of Everpure.
  • • You will maintain the culture by being the custodian of Everpure’s values, recognizing and rewarding outstanding behaviors, and undertaking regular team building events to balance business demands with the company’s unique culture during its transition from startup to sustained growth.
  • • You will bring intellectual curiosity by interacting with customers, partners, and prospects to understand business challenges, understanding industry trends and competition, and pursuing self-development in technical, leadership, and soft skills.
  • • You will communicate effectively by cascading communication and goals throughout teams, leveraging field management processes to build strong cross-functional relationships, and understanding and communicating technical issues or enhancement requests from customers back to technical support, product management, and R&D.
  • • You will adapt and adjust by being a keen observer who analyzes employee actions for shortcomings, adapting quickly to operational changes, and demonstrating self-starter motivation.
  • • You will be an active contributor by serving as the executive sponsor for larger regional opportunities, participating in regional industry events as a thought leader, and promoting products and solutions at conferences, forums, and seminars.
  • • You will uphold strong ethics and personal integrity by treating people with respect, demonstrating high accountability and ownership, and caring about the company and its people.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 15+ years of experience in a field pre-sales position
  • • Experience leading a team with direct management responsibilities in a large geography
  • • Previous experience supporting the growth of a rapidly expanding organization and managing initiatives aimed at achieving 20% revenue growth
  • • Willingness to travel as needed on a regular basis
