📋 Description

• • The Director of Expedition Development, Voyage is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing Lindblad Expeditions’ core expedition offerings, ensuring the continued innovation and excellence of guest experiences across the fleet’s global itineraries.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading the design, development, and refinement of expedition voyages, collaborating with naturalists, historians, scientists, and regional experts to create immersive, educational, and transformative travel experiences; overseeing itinerary planning, port logistics, and seasonal scheduling; evaluating and integrating new destinations and activities; and ensuring alignment with Lindblad’s mission of conservation, education, and authentic exploration.
• • Lindblad Expeditions is a pioneering force in expedition travel, with over five decades of leadership in taking travelers to remote and ecologically significant regions, including Antarctica, the Galápagos, the Arctic, and the Northwest Passage, through a fleet of 20 ships and a partnership with National Geographic that emphasizes scientific storytelling and environmental stewardship.
