Director, Finance GTM

📋 Description

• • As Director, Finance GTM at Docker Inc., you will serve as the financial partner to the CRO, CMO, and broader go-to-market leadership, ensuring Docker deploys its GTM capital wisely by informing capacity decisions, structuring compensation, measuring efficiency across motions, and modeling the commercial impact of an evolving product portfolio.
• • Day to day, you will own the global top line model and forecast, lead monthly business reviews across Sales, Marketing, and GTM, design the operating cadence for a scaling GTM org, drive the analytics and data roadmap for self-serve visibility into performance, and deliver the GTM financial narrative to the board and investors.
• • Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls, and is evolving from a single-product company into a multi-product, multi-motion business at the center of the AI-powered development shift.
• • In this role, you will build the GTM financial playbook from the ground up, develop a high-performing team covering GTM FP&A, top line forecasting, finance data and analytics, and sales compensation, and drive AI adoption across the finance function to move faster and deliver more strategic output.
