- • As Director of Founder's Office at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will build and run the operational infrastructure behind A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to integrate intelligence into everyday workflows, conversations, and task completion with minimal prompting.
- • Day to day, you will lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup and entity incorporation, manage payroll and local operational requirements, coordinate with external vendors, support recruiting operations and hiring activities, plan company events and offsites, and track key initiatives to ensure timely execution and process improvements.
- • The team operates with high talent density, ownership, and standards in a hands-on environment where everyone contributes directly to the company’s success. You will work closely with leadership to scale operations efficiently as the company expands globally.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-functional operational leadership, global entity setup, payroll systems, vendor management, and recruiting operations while driving execution and process reliability in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
