- • The Director, FP&A (Commercial Finance) at BlueCat Networks Inc. is a strategic leadership role responsible for scaling the FP&A function and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive company growth and performance in the Intelligent Network Operations space.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading and mentoring a team of 5 finance professionals, owning topline metrics (Revenue, Bookings, ARR, Billings), leading annual planning and forecasting, overseeing commission administration, leveraging Pigment, Salesforce, and NetSuite for financial analysis, delivering variance analysis, preparing business cases, advising leadership on commercial decisions, designing scalable processes, presenting to senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement in reporting and planning.

- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic financial leadership expertise, deepen knowledge of SaaS metrics and commission structures, influence cross-functional decision-making, scale finance operations in a growing B2B tech environment, and gain exposure to PE-backed organizational dynamics while contributing to high-impact business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive finance and leadership experience within B2B technology/software companies, ideally with recurring revenue models and Private Equity ownership
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize insights into a clear, strategic narrative
- • Deep expertise in topline KPIs, including ARR and related SaaS metrics
- • Proven track record designing and managing complex commission plans in B2B tech environments
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration required, MBA or equivalent preferred
- • Experience with Pigment or similar FP&A tools (e.g. Adaptive), Salesforce required
