📋 Description

• Lead the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of Trellix’s global benefits programs across 35+ countries, reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards.
• Oversee benefits design and administration, team leadership, strategy and compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Risk Management.
• Join a global cybersecurity leader redefining the future of security through AI, automation, and analytics, serving over 50,000 business and government customers.
• Develop expertise in global benefits strategy, regulatory compliance, vendor negotiation, and HRIS systems while mentoring a global team and influencing talent strategy and business objectives.
