- • As the Director of Go-To-Market Financial Planning & Analysis at Alkami Technology, you will serve as the senior finance leader for the GTM organization, setting the strategic direction for how Finance partners with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive growth and investment decisions.
- • You will lead forecasting and planning processes for all GTM functions, overseeing a complex topline forecasting model supporting 30+ products across organic and third-party sales channels, while ensuring alignment between revenue targets, sales capacity, and pipeline expectations.
- • You will define the KPI framework for GTM performance, ensure consistent and high-quality reporting, and synthesize team outputs into executive-ready insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- • You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing GTM FP&A team, elevating their impact by shifting focus from manual work to insight generation and business partnership, while fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and operational excellence.
- • You will set the vision for improving forecasting and reporting processes, drive adoption and optimization of FP&A systems and AI-driven tools, and partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- • Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this high-impact, high-visibility role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions on pricing, market expansion, and long-range planning in a fast-growing SaaS and FinTech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–15+ years of experience in FP&A with meaningful GTM and revenue finance experience
- • Proven experience leading forecasting and planning processes at scale
- • Strong communicator who can challenge senior leaders constructively and build trust
- • Proven people leader with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- • Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
- • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or a high-growth environment preferred
