- • As Director, Growth Marketing at Greenlight Financial Technology, you will own the strategy, execution, and financial performance for the launch and growth of new products, serving as the single-threaded owner responsible for critical financial metrics including revenue, pricing, and payback.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and finance teams, and drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives aligned with Greenlight’s mission to promote financial literacy for families.
- • You will join a mission-driven fintech company serving over 6 million parents and kids through its award-winning banking app, where innovation in family finance is combined with a culture of purpose and impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in growth marketing strategy, financial accountability in product launches, and cross-functional leadership within a high-growth tech environment, with direct reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer offering visibility and influence at the executive level.
