đź“‹ Description

  • • As Director of Growth Operations & Systems at Pearl Health, you will serve as the architect of the company’s growth engine, owning the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable scalable commercial execution in the value-based care space. This role sits at the critical intersection of strategy and operations, where you will translate go-to-market ambitions into tangible CRM architecture, contract lifecycle workflows, and forecasting mechanisms that power sustainable provider acquisition and retention. Your leadership will directly impact Pearl Health’s ability to scale its platform across 44+ states while maintaining operational excellence in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
  • • Day to day, you will design and implement HubSpot CRM architecture improvements—including custom object design, workflow automation, and integration infrastructure—to increase efficiency across the Growth organization; build bulk contracting infrastructure for peak season in partnership with the broader Growth team; define and prioritize the systems integration roadmap against team capacity and business need, establishing documentation standards such as data dictionaries, admin SOPs, and integration specs; stand up deal pipeline forecasting infrastructure and management dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making; lead the design of Growth-to-Customer Success lifecycle processes to ensure seamless handoffs and retention; and partner with Data Science to formalize deal underwriting inputs and ACO submission workflows, ensuring alignment between commercial operations and clinical/financial validation.
  • • You will also define and maintain territory plans in partnership with Growth leadership; own Chase List development, SPIFF planning, and pipeline generation strategy to optimize rep productivity and market coverage; own the full CRM system (currently HubSpot), including data architecture, data management, data governance, and system integrations; build and maintain rep-level, region-wide, and executive reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics; manage ongoing data quality and architecture improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and trust; own the integration layer between CRM, contracting system (Ironclad), and other internal Growth/sales systems; manage external vendors on scoped technical builds, owning spec, onboarding, and handoffs; and own the full contracting lifecycle—from redline coordination to signature to submission—across both off-season (5–10 contracts/month) and peak-season volumes (scaling to 100+), ensuring compliance, speed, and scalability.
  • • Pearl Health is a mission-driven healthcare technology company founded in 2020, dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Backed by premier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp, we partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to deliver technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable more proactive, effective care for Medicare patients—ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes. Our culture is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and serious impact with a big heart, where diverse perspectives are valued and innovation thrives through teamwork.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Growth Operations at a rapidly scaling healthcare innovator, building scalable systems and team capabilities that will support the company’s commercial expansion for years to come. You will gain deep expertise in healthcare-specific GTM operations, including value-based care models, ACO workflows, and CMS submission processes, while advancing your leadership in CRM architecture, contract lifecycle management, and cross-functional systems integration—positioning you as a strategic operator at the forefront of healthcare technology transformation.
