- • As Director, Growth Partnerships at DEPT Holding B.V., you will drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, focusing on selling branding & experience design, campaign strategy and execution, media management, data solutions, ecommerce, AI transformation, product innovation & development, systems integration, and more. This role is critical to expanding DEPT®’s market presence and delivering growth invention for ambitious global brands.
- • Day to day, you will lead the net-new pitch process including building pitch timelines, writing pitch briefings, setting win strategies, crafting detailed responses to RFIs and procurement processes, collaborating with legal and finance teams, supporting business development through networking with top executives, attending conferences, developing executive-level relationships with partners and clients, collaborating with marketing on case studies and thought leadership, and traveling to key events to generate pipeline.
- • You will join a global, remote-first sales team within DEPT®, a Growth Invention company operating at the intersection of technology and marketing with 4,000+ specialists. The company is B Corp-certified, purpose-driven, and built on values of being better together, relentlessly curious, and getting sh*t done, serving clients like Google, Lufthansa, Coach, eBay, and OpenAI.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in go-to-market strategies across enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, Optimizely), refine your ability to sell complex agency solutions to C-suite executives, strengthen your strategic partnership and negotiation skills, and directly impact revenue through improved close rates and sales performance in a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial environment.
