• • The Director, GTM Strategic Initiatives is a visionary leader responsible for building meaningful relationships that fuel growth and revolutionize healthcare delivery by managing organizational partners, acquisition integration, and driving transformation for healthcare partners to amplify Lyric’s impact and accelerate innovation.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing project teams supporting data, analytics, automation, vendor management, and partner needs; leading the design, development, implementation, and relationship management of Payment Integrity Solutions; creating partner management playbooks; driving process improvements across cross-functional teams; remediating complex organizational issues; and collaborating with Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop integration plans for new partners.
