📋 Description

• As a Director, Healthcare Transformation at Centene Corporation, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance quality of care, improve health outcomes, and reduce inappropriate utilization for 28 million members, driving value creation across clinical operations.
• You will develop, implement, monitor, and measure performance of strategic initiatives, create master implementation plans, direct teams focused on innovation and performance improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance and data-driven evaluation of clinical interventions.
• You will collaborate with senior and executive leadership to identify high-value opportunities, manage a portfolio of initiatives in medical management, and work across departments to secure resources and remove barriers to success.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) or equivalent strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• 5-8 years of related experience in Managed Care or other healthcare environments.
• Proven leadership, project management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Utilization Management is preferred.
• Strong operational experience in understanding healthcare ecosystem interdependencies, including processes, systems, and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and innovation in dynamic environments.
