- • Lead the Heavy Trucking business segment within Assurant's Commercial Equipment division, driving growth and operational excellence through strategic sales and account management.
- • Lead regional sales and account teams to achieve revenue goals and client satisfaction; develop and execute account strategies to expand market share and strengthen relationships.
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build trust-based client partnerships through tailored solutions and impactful presentations.
- • Mentor and manage sales/account executives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights to leadership for competitive positioning.
- • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and implement data-driven improvements while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Heavy Trucking industry with proven growth in risk management products
- • University degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas and inspire
- • Proven ability to initiate, win, and deliver cross-sell and new business opportunities
- • Skilled in leadership, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced in matrix structures and cross-functional teams
