Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end HR Business Partner agenda for Freshworks’ global Field Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation, acting as the single point of contact for VPs, Directors and front-line managers across Europe, APAC and the US.
- • Serve as the strategic HR leader for the London hub—shaping culture, driving engagement and ensuring every employee has a seamless, locally-relevant experience while remaining connected to our global mission.
- • Translate ambitious revenue targets into people strategies: design org structures that scale, succession pipelines that de-risk growth, and performance frameworks that keep quota-carrying teams laser-focused on results.
- • Coach and challenge senior GTM executives on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, inclusion and decision-making; facilitate offsites, talent reviews and change-curves that turn strategy into daily execution.
- • Lead complex, cross-border change initiatives—M&A integrations, market entries, product pivots, compensation redesigns—using data, storytelling and stakeholder alignment to land each change with minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
- • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build diverse, high-velocity hiring engines: define role architectures, craft EVP messaging, calibrate interview panels and ensure every offer is competitive, equitable and on-brand.
- • Leverage people analytics (attrition, productivity, DEI, engagement) to surface risks and opportunities; present insights in crisp, business-friendly narratives that influence budget, policy and go-to-market sequencing.
- • Localise and deliver global HR programs—rewards, L&D, compliance, wellbeing—so they feel purpose-built for the UK and wider European footprint while staying compliant with GDPR, IR35, Works Council and other regional statutes.
- • Act as escalation point for ER cases across Europe; partner with legal counsel to mitigate risk, protect our culture and maintain the trust of employees and managers alike.
- • Build a tight-knit HR ecosystem: sync weekly with Total Rewards, HR Ops and COEs in the US and India to ensure seamless service delivery, policy consistency and shared learning.
- • Champion Freshworks’ culture of customer obsession, experimentation and “do the right thing”; embed these values into onboarding, recognition and leadership development so they scale with headcount.
- • Mentor junior HRBPs and analysts dotted across regions, raising the bar on consultative skills, commercial acumen and data-driven storytelling.
- • Represent Freshworks externally—speak at SaaS HR forums, contribute to industry benchmarking studies and build a network that keeps our practices cutting-edge.
- • Own the Europe HR budget and vendor roster; negotiate contracts, track ROI and ensure every pound spent advances either employee experience or business performance.
- • Be the calm in high-growth chaos: when markets shift, targets move or competitors strike, you remain the steady partner who balances empathy with urgency and turns ambiguity into clear next steps.
