📋 Description
- • Lead strategic human resources initiatives across the organization, focusing on high-visibility programs including succession planning, organizational design, and change management support to align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
- • Partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents and regional leadership teams to deliver comprehensive people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
- • Facilitate leadership development sessions, team-building workshops, and executive coaching programs designed to enhance leadership capability and organizational cohesion.
- • Conduct and interpret leadership assessments, including 9-box grid evaluations for individual contributors, to inform talent decisions and identify high-potential employees.
- • Oversee compensation and performance calibration processes across regions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with firm-wide standards and market benchmarks.
- • Serve as the primary HR liaison for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution strategies that mitigate risk and uphold organizational values.
- • Develop and execute workforce planning and budgeting initiatives in close collaboration with regional HR leaders and recruiting teams to anticipate talent needs and optimize resource allocation.
- • Analyze HR metrics and data trends to identify systemic issues, recommend action plans, and measure the impact of people programs on business outcomes.
- • Drive communication strategies that connect firm-wide initiatives to local teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.
- • Provide integration and tuck-in HR support during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring events, ensuring seamless transitions and cultural alignment.
- • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership by diagnosing root causes of people-related challenges and designing scalable, long-term solutions rather than transactional fixes.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, CEO, and Managing Partner, delivering insights and recommendations that shape the firm’s human capital strategy and operating model.
- • Maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Sr. Director, Human Capital Strategy at CretePA to ensure alignment with corporate HR priorities and best practices.
- • Operate at a strategic level, minimizing day-to-day administrative HR execution in favor of high-impact program design, stakeholder influence, and systemic improvement.
- • Champion a culture of continuous leadership development by embedding assessment tools, feedback loops, and coaching frameworks into leadership practices across regions.
- • Translate business goals into actionable HR programs that improve organizational agility, talent retention, and executive readiness.
- • Ensure all HR strategies and interventions are data-informed, outcome-driven, and tailored to the unique needs of regional teams while maintaining firm-wide coherence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role supporting senior leadership in complex, multi-site organizations
- • Demonstrated success in leading organizational design, succession planning, and change management initiatives
- • Expertise in conducting leadership assessments (e.g., 9-box grids) and facilitating executive coaching and leadership development programs
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and drive action plans
- • Ability to influence C-suite and senior executives without direct authority, with a track record of shaping cross-firm initiatives
- • Comfort operating with minimal transactional HR duties, focusing instead on strategic problem-solving and program delivery
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base compensation range of $140,000–$171,000
- • Reporting directly to the COO, CEO, or Managing Partner of the firm
- • Dotted-line reporting relationship to Sr. Director, Human Capital Strategy at CretePA
