• • The Director, IT Audit is a technically sophisticated and strategically minded internal audit leader who owns S&P Global's IT and technology audit program, reporting to the Chief Audit Executive and serving as the audit liaison to the CIO and CISO.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and executing a comprehensive IT audit strategy and annual plan, leading IT general and application controls testing for SOX compliance, conducting non-SOX audits in cybersecurity, privacy, cloud, and vendor risk, and communicating findings to executive leadership and the Audit Committee in clear business language.
• • The role is part of S&P Global Mobility, a division providing automotive data insights to help customers anticipate change and shape the future of mobility, within a global organization of over 35,000 employees committed to integrity, discovery, and partnership.
