- • As Director of M&A Integration for Enterprise Software Services at GE HealthCare, you will lead the end-to-end integration of a strategic acquisition’s professional services, customer support, and customer success functions, directly translating acquisition value drivers into measurable outcomes that accelerate synergies and operational excellence across a global enterprise software business.
- • You will report to the Chief Transformation and Services Officer and serve as the central integration leader responsible for aligning people, processes, tools, and technologies to create a unified operating model, ensuring seamless transition and sustained performance post-acquisition in a high-visibility, matrixed environment.
- • Day-to-day, you will own the integration workstream by developing and executing detailed integration plans, translating deal value drivers into clear milestones, KPIs, and timelines while leading cross-functional sub-workstreams focused on people, process, tools & technologies, and quality management.
- • You will lead the harmonization of tools, technologies, and processes across the acquired and legacy organizations, including standardizing quality management systems, resolving organizational interdependencies, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks through structured issue resolution and contingency planning.
- • You will design and oversee a comprehensive change management program with external partners, tracking adoption, effectiveness, and employee engagement throughout the integration lifecycle to ensure cultural alignment and minimize disruption.
- • You will manage program scope, budget, resources, and timelines, delivering regular progress reports to leadership and executives, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and ensuring transparency through structured communication rhythms and governance forums.
- • You will leverage your deep expertise in enterprise software delivery models, SaaS operations, quote-to-invoice processes, and subscription/maintenance renewals to optimize service delivery efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive lifecycle management improvements across the integrated organization.
- • You will build trust and influence across senior leaders, technical teams, and global stakeholders using exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to drive consensus, resolve conflicts, and sustain momentum through complex organizational change.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, business, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- • 8-12+ years of relevant experience leading enterprise software services & support operations, with proven success in driving cross-functional programs, lean initiatives, lifecycle management, change management, and operational efficiency improvements.
- • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software delivery models, and quote-to-invoice software sales and services processes, including subscriptions and maintenance renewals; post-merger integration experience is a big plus.

- • Competitive annual pay range of $164,000.00–$246,000.00, with potential for performance-based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI).
