  • • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance member interactions with plan services and benefits, focusing on improving the overall member experience.
  • • Ensure alignment of products and services with member needs, prioritizing equity, accessibility, and quality in service delivery.
  • • Monitor and evaluate the end-to-end service experience for DME (durable medical equipment), home modifications, and wheelchair repair to identify improvement opportunities and escalate issues as needed.
  • • Manage vendor relationships for DME providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strict adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • • Establish, monitor, and enforce SLAs for timely delivery of medical equipment, home modifications, and wheelchair repair services.
  • • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures related to DME procurement, repair, replacement, home modifications, and wheelchair repair services.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and partner relationships, managing communication, performance, and risk escalation.
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, compliance, and clinical teams to ensure initiative execution aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance support to provider network process leads.
  • • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as vendors and regulatory partners to maintain compliance and operational continuity.
  • • Apply working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and MassHealth (or other Medicaid program) regulations to guide vendor management and service delivery decisions.
  • • Drive operational effectiveness by implementing process improvements that yield measurable results in service quality and timeliness.
  • • Foster a member-centric focus across all initiatives, ensuring services support safe community living for members.
  • • Demonstrate strategic thinking by contributing to organizational plans that advance market initiatives and vendor performance outcomes.
  • • Build and maintain effective working relationships across internal departments and external vendors to support seamless service delivery.
  • • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned to support organizational priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field required
  • • Seven (7) years of experience in healthcare operations, member services, or product experience roles required
  • • Experience supporting vendor management and service delivery improvement initiatives required
  • • Working knowledge of DME services, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements required
  • • Master’s degree or MBA in healthcare management, business, or a related field preferred
  • • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage rules and regulations required

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Base salary range of $113,000.00 - $197,700.00
  • • Eligibility for a bonus tied to company and individual performance
