- • As Director of Marketing for Health Plans & Government Programs at Prime Therapeutics, you will lead a team responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans that align with business objectives and drive engagement with clients and members. This role is critical in shaping how Prime connects care through purpose-driven pharmacy solutions, translating market insights into compelling campaigns that support sales, product launches, and consumer outreach.
- • Day to day, you will monitor market trends, lead the planning and evaluation of marketing campaigns, provide editorial and creative direction, oversee cross-functional initiatives including the RFP process, manage team performance and development, and ensure alignment with Prime’s leadership expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
- • You will be part of a mission-driven organization that goes beyond traditional PBM services, focusing on connecting care for those served through innovative pharmacy solutions.
