  • • Own the end-to-end vision, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for WalkMe’s AI-first marketing technology ecosystem, spanning CRM, marketing automation, ABX intent (6sense), web, events, and customer data platforms.
  • • Evaluate, select, and manage strategic MarTech vendors—negotiating requirements, renewals, and SLAs in lock-step with IT, Security, Procurement, and RevOps—ensuring every tool ladders up to revenue impact and user adoption.
  • • Architect and execute seamless integrations across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, eliminating data silos and enabling real-time, cross-platform workflows that accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • • Champion the adoption of AI-powered capabilities—predictive scoring, AI-assisted routing, generative content sequencing, and copilot assistants—by prioritizing high-value use cases and measuring lift in efficiency, conversion, and revenue.
  • • Co-own the Salesforce data model with RevOps, defining account, contact, opportunity, and campaign structures, plus picklists and field governance, to create a single source of truth for marketing and sales.
  • • Establish enterprise-grade data governance policies covering standards, taxonomies, identity resolution, deduplication logic, enrichment, and retention—ensuring marketing data is clean, compliant, and AI-ready.
  • • Design and run automated data hygiene routines (audits, sync checks, enrichment workflows) that keep CRM and marketing databases accurate, deduplicated, and actionable at global scale.
  • • Partner with Legal, IT, and Security to embed consent management, privacy, and retention practices that satisfy GDPR, CCPA, and evolving global regulations without throttling growth.
  • • Operationalize WalkMe’s ABX strategy in tight collaboration with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and BDR leadership—turning 6sense intent, product usage, and engagement signals into orchestrated plays and sequences that convert.
  • • Define and continuously refine core GTM processes—lead and MQA definitions, routing rules, SLAs, and hand-offs—between Marketing, BDR, and Sales to compress cycle times and maximize win rates.
  • • Build and maintain a comprehensive enablement engine—training curricula, office hours, runbooks, and self-service resources—that empowers marketers and BDRs to leverage new tools and AI features confidently.
  • • Instrument every campaign, journey, and experiment in partnership with Marketing Performance, Marketing Services, RevOps, and Analytics teams, ensuring alignment to shared definitions of pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
  • • Act as a player-coach: roll up your sleeves in the tools today while laying the foundations for a future Marketing Operations team that scales with WalkMe’s hyper-growth trajectory.
  • • Provide thought leadership on AI-driven marketing operations to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical trade-offs into clear, business-oriented narratives that guide investment decisions.
  • • Foster trust-based partnerships across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales BDR leadership, RevOps, IT, and Data teams to drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of new processes.
  • • Cultivate a culture of experimentation—hypothesize, test, learn, and iterate—to improve GTM performance even when you do not directly own the reporting function.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or MarTech leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • • Proven ownership of a modern marketing tech stack—marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo), Salesforce CRM, and ABM/intent platforms (6sense, Qualified, Outreach)—with demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • • Demonstrated experience architecting system integrations and data flows across CRM, MAP, ABX intent, web, and data platforms, balancing technical depth with measurable business outcomes.
  • • Strong background in CRM data governance—designing schemas and taxonomies, managing enrichment and deduplication, and implementing data hygiene routines at global scale.
  • • Hands-on experience leveraging AI capabilities within GTM platforms or generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, native platform AI) to streamline workflows, improve targeting, or support content and outreach.
