- • As Director of the McDonald's Global Account at Coates Group Limited, you will lead the strategic relationship with one of the world’s most iconic brands, driving innovation and alignment across global markets to enhance customer experiences through cutting-edge digital solutions.
- • You will build and maintain a single, authoritative product and innovation roadmap for the global McDonald's account, synthesizing input from technology, innovation, and market teams to reflect client needs and commercial opportunities, ensuring alignment and go-to-market readiness across 50+ global markets.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable product strategies, enabling proactive planning and adoption of new technologies in quick service restaurant environments worldwide.
- • You will play a pivotal role in advancing Coates Group’s mission of Creating Connections and Empowering Partnerships by leveraging your expertise to deepen the partnership with McDonald’s and drive measurable impact through technology-driven customer experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing strategic global accounts, preferably in technology, digital solutions, or quick service restaurant industries.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that align client needs with business objectives across multiple international markets.
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
- • Deep understanding of digital customer experience technologies, including digital signage, content management systems, and in-store innovation.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
