- • The Enterprise Account Executive at SHI International Corp. plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by mastering the company’s value proposition and developing strategic sales approaches to exceed profit goals. This position is essential for expanding SHI’s market presence through proactive customer engagement, solution positioning, and collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver tailored IT solutions that align with customer business objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include cultivating relationships with existing and new customers through targeted sales techniques such as cold calling, meetings, and networking; identifying and creating sales pipeline opportunities to meet quarterly and annual targets; collaborating with sales management and internal support teams to manage opportunities and drive joint selling initiatives; understanding customer IT priorities to position SHI’s portfolio of products, solutions, and services effectively; building market awareness by participating in local and regional industry events; and continuously educating oneself on industry trends, products, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in enterprise or technology solutions
- • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites, partner events, and SHI functions within the Arkansas territory
