- • As the Director, Medicare Supplement, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Medicare Supplement single product line. Your strategic vision and deep understanding of this market will drive the definition and implementation of sales product strategies, targeting specific markets and business segments to achieve ambitious growth objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Medicare Supplement offerings are effectively integrated into the existing distribution channels within the MarketPoint organization, directly impacting our ability to serve a growing customer base and achieve profitability goals.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational activities. You will be tasked with developing and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) designed to measure and enhance the effectiveness of our sales programs, while simultaneously ensuring cost efficiencies are maintained. A significant part of your role will involve providing data-driven expertise and comprehensive management reporting to illuminate sales performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately increase our market share. You will be responsible for crafting innovative go-to-market strategies and proactively identifying new business opportunities that will expand our overall sales portfolio. Through meticulous trend and utilization analysis, you will pinpoint key areas ripe for improvement, translating insights into actionable plans. In collaboration with MarketPoint's field sales teams, you will actively participate in planning sessions, contributing to the creation and execution of a dynamic Medicare Supplement growth plan aimed at driving both sales volume and profitable expansion.
