• • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers responsible for scaling KOHO's next generation of business lines from zero to one, ensuring each venture is built with tight scope, fast learning loops, and clear economics.
• • Drive execution quality across the portfolio by coaching PMs through ambiguity, establishing operating cadences, unblocking cross-functional dependencies, and translating progress to the executive team with data-backed recommendations for investment, pivot, or shutdown.
• • Join a mission-driven, remote-first fintech company focused on financial empowerment for Canadians, where clarity, ownership, bold thinking, and AI-native practices are valued over bureaucracy.
