  • • As Director, OEM Accounts at Redis, you will lead and expand a critical segment of the go-to-market strategy by building and scaling transformative OEM partnerships with the world’s largest and most influential technology companies.
  • • You will identify, develop, and close large-scale OEM partnerships, own the full lifecycle of complex deals from initial engagement to long-term expansion, and build joint go-to-market strategies that drive significant revenue and market adoption.
  • • You will operate at Redis, a global leader in real-time data platforms powering fast applications for over 10,000 worldwide customers, working with a culture that values curiosity, diversity, innovation, and inclusion.
  • • You will establish executive-level relationships, structure innovative partnership models, collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and leadership teams, and drive long-term account growth through strategic partnership development.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 15–20 years of experience in enterprise sales, OEM partnerships, or strategic account leadership
  • • Proven track record of closing large, complex OEM or platform deals with globally recognized organizations
  • • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to originate and close net-new opportunities
  • • Deep experience with strategic partnerships, GOSI motions, and large 'sell-to' agreements
  • • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long timelines
  • • Experience working with or alongside GSIs, ISVs, and large technology ecosystems
