- • As Director of Attorney Success at Lawhive Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing the attorney network to ensure the company can meet growing client demand while maintaining exceptional service quality. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this role is central to Lawhive’s mission of making the law accessible through its AI-native platform, directly impacting client outcomes and attorney satisfaction by ensuring the right legal expertise is available at the right time.
- • You will recruit attorneys to join Lawhive’s co-counsel network, actively sourcing and onboarding legal professionals who align with the company’s standards and technological vision. This involves building relationships, assessing fit, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into the network.
- • You will set and maintain high-quality standards across the entire attorney network through structured coaching, education, and performance management. This includes developing training materials, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional legal services.
- • You will manage, monitor, coach, and guide the performance of all participating firms and attorneys in the network, tracking key metrics such as capacity utilization, client satisfaction, and service quality to identify trends and drive improvements.
- • You will champion the adoption of Lawhive’s AI platform by assisting and requiring co-counsel to use the technology for client communication and service fulfillment, acting as a bridge between legal practice and technological innovation to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to provide frontline insights from the attorney network, translating real-world usage into actionable product feedback and suggestions that improve service delivery and platform usability.
- • You will create and implement continuous improvement programs focused on attorney and firm performance, training and communications, recruiting and onboarding processes, and fostering empathy and support within the network to strengthen engagement and retention.
- • You will report regularly to the leadership team on critical metrics including network capacity, client satisfaction scores, special initiative progress, and other performance indicators, using data to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the impact of the attorney network on business goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnerships, preferably within a marketplace, legal tech, or SaaS environment.
- • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients or partners with direct ownership of performance and growth metrics, including experience driving expansion revenue and improving conversion rates.
- • Confident coach and communicator with the ability to build trust quickly, deliver constructive feedback, and hold partners accountable in a high-growth startup setting.
- • Data-driven approach to performance monitoring, pattern recognition, and proactive intervention, with comfort using CRM and customer success tools and a willingness to champion new technology.
- • Background as an Attorney or holding a J.D. is considered a bonus but not required.
- • Familiarity with legal services, legal tech, or regulated marketplaces is desirable but not essential.
