📋 Description

• • As Director of Business Development & Employee Benefits at Fetch Robotics, Inc., you will lead growth within employer, broker, voluntary benefits, and strategic partnership channels, expanding market presence and driving adoption of pet insurance as a core employee benefit.
• • Day to day, you will drive premium growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives, develop and execute channel business plans, lead shelter partnership strategies, design employee benefit offerings, cultivate stakeholder relationships, partner with shelters to expand benefits, spearhead new broker and employer group launches, build in-market presence through events and networking, expand partnerships into new territories, track partner activity, improve onboarding processes, respond to RFIs/RFPs, travel for client pitches and conferences, represent Fetch externally, attend industry events, work with Account Managers on client onboarding and retention, conduct broker education and training, monitor industry trends and compliance, and collaborate with Marketing on sales collateral and enablement tools.
