  • • Own the Legal vertical’s revenue engine at Forbes Advisor, translating ambitious growth targets into a clear, actionable roadmap that you refine weekly with the General Manager and cross-functional partners.
  • • Scout the entire legal-services ecosystem—law firms, legal tech vendors, bar associations, continuing-education providers, and emerging ALSPs—to uncover white-space opportunities, then rank them by TAM, strategic fit, and near-term monetization potential.
  • • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of high-value partnerships; move prospects from first call to signed contract by articulating Forbes Advisor’s unique audience reach, content authority, and performance data, while tailoring value propositions to each prospect’s KPIs.
  • • Architect pricing models (CPL, CPA, rev-share, hybrid) that balance margin goals with partner ROI; present these frameworks in polished proposals and negotiate terms that scale across multiple quarters.
  • • Serve as the post-signature quarterback: onboard new partners, translate contractual commitments into internal briefs for editorial, SEO, product, and analytics teams, and maintain a living compliance tracker so every deliverable is met on time and on brand.
  • • Design and run quarterly business reviews with top accounts, surfacing performance dashboards that spotlight wins, diagnose under-performance, and tee up upsell or renewal conversations months before contracts expire.
  • • Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to lock down accurate revenue reporting; reconcile discrepancies between Salesforce, internal BI tools, and partner invoices so leadership always trusts the numbers.
  • • Translate raw performance data into growth hypotheses—e.g., audience cohorts, content formats, or funnel tweaks—then run A/B tests with internal teams to lift conversion rates and ARPU.
  • • Project-manage complex campaigns end-to-end: draft creative briefs, set milestone calendars, secure legal/compliance sign-off, and coordinate designers, editors, engineers, and QA to launch on schedule.
  • • Act as the “voice of the partner” inside Forbes Advisor, advocating for product enhancements, new ad units, or data integrations that unlock incremental revenue while preserving user trust.
  • • Mentor junior BD and sales-support staff, codifying best practices in playbooks, pitch decks, and notion pages so the team’s knowledge compounds quarter over quarter.
  • • Keep a pulse on regulatory shifts (ABA advertising rules, state bar ethics opinions, privacy statutes) and brief internal stakeholders so every campaign remains compliant and defensible.
  • • Travel up to 20 % for key conferences, client QBRs, and industry events, ensuring Forbes Advisor maintains a visible, authoritative presence in the legal market.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation: launch at least two new revenue pilots per quarter, measure them against pre-defined success metrics, and sunset or scale based on data.
  • • Contribute to annual strategic planning by synthesizing market intel, competitive benchmarking, and internal performance trends into a concise growth thesis that guides budget allocation and hiring priorities.
