  • • AML RightSource, a premier solutions provider in financial crime compliance, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth through new business sales. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on expanding our market presence within the United States.
  • • As part of the AML RightSource family, you will also represent Blue Umbrella, a key entity specializing in managing a spectrum of legal and reputational risks for Fortune 1000 companies. Blue Umbrella focuses on areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, anti-competitive behavior, serious crime, ESG, IP, and data privacy, enhancing automation, efficiency, and client understanding.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in selling SaaS or technology-related products and services, demonstrating a strong 'solution' selling approach. You will be characterized by high energy, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication and presentation skills, essential for engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex compliance programs.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to execute the company's sales strategy and contribute significantly to achieving overarching business goals. This involves developing an in-depth understanding of Blue Umbrella's innovative products and services to effectively articulate their value proposition.
  • • You will be tasked with cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients within a designated sales territory. This requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing leads efficiently, and conducting thorough discovery calls.

  • • This role demands an international perspective, requiring you to think globally and collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and regions. Your ability to understand potential clients' pain points through insightful questioning and active listening will be crucial in tailoring appropriate and impactful solutions.
  • • You will also be responsible for managing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that our submissions are comprehensive, competitive, and accurately reflect our capabilities and value.
  • • The position offers a unique opportunity to work within a leading financial crime compliance firm, contributing to the fight against financial crime and helping organizations mitigate significant risks. You will be at the forefront of offering cutting-edge technology and expert advisory services.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and establish AML RightSource and Blue Umbrella as trusted partners for third-party compliance and broader financial crime solutions.
  • • This is a remote position based in the U.S., offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the country. You will be joining a collaborative work environment with significant global exposure, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in financial crime compliance.
