  • • Your primary responsibility will be to generate new investment capital, with an expectation to raise a minimum of $10 million annually in new investments.
  • • Beyond new business development, you will also be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing investor base, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • • This is a remote position, offering flexibility while demanding a high level of self-discipline, proactivity, and strategic engagement.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
  • • Develop and implement a comprehensive capital-raising strategy, including market research, target identification, outreach campaigns, and follow-up processes.
  • • Conduct compelling presentations and meetings with potential investors, clearly articulating the company's investment strategy, track record, and the unique value proposition of its real estate opportunities.
  • • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and post-closing investor relations.
  • • Collaborate closely with the internal acquisitions, development, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to investors regarding project status, performance, and financial reporting.
  • • Maintain meticulous records of all investor interactions, pipeline status, and capital commitments using CRM software.
  • • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investment and capital raising.
  • • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, pitch decks, and other investor-facing collateral.
  • • Build and maintain a strong personal network of investor contacts, leveraging existing relationships and actively seeking new connections within the financial and real estate communities.
  • • Demonstrate a deep understanding of real estate investment structures, financial modeling, and due diligence processes to effectively address investor inquiries and concerns.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record of success in capital raising, with a strong preference for experience within the real estate sector or other private alternative investment classes.
