- • The Director of Client Growth leads the Client Growth function for Acquisition.com’s Advisory Practice, owning the post-sale revenue engine by retaining clients, expanding relationships, and increasing lifetime value across the existing client base.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and leading the Client Growth team, defining the client journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion, owning Net Revenue Retention through renewals and expansions, designing and operating a tiered service model, owning HubSpot as the business owner for workflows and reporting, and implementing structured workflows with escalation paths for at-risk clients.
- • The team operates within Acquisition Holdings LLC, partnering closely with Sales, Advisory, Events, Marketing, Support, and Revenue Operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations in a builder-operator role where systems are created from scratch and scaled as the business grows.
- • In this role, the person will learn to design and scale client lifecycle systems, master HubSpot automation and reporting, drive NRR and GRR improvements, lead high-performing client-facing teams, and develop expertise in retention strategy and operational execution within a high-growth advisory practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles, with 3+ years leading a team at Director level or equivalent
- • Experience managing and scaling a team of 5+ client-facing team members with clear ownership of performance and outcomes
- • Proven ownership of retention and expansion metrics such as NRR, GRR, or renewal rate in a revenue-carrying role
- • Experience building and operating systems inside a CRM such as HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and reporting
- • Track record of designing structured client journeys or lifecycle programs that improve retention and expansion
- • Strong operator with the ability to implement systems, drive adoption, and hold teams accountable to execution standards
