- • As the Director of Client Partnerships for Amplity's Learning business unit, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our innovative learning solutions within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.
- • This pivotal role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to connect with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical and commercial learning space.
- • You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Amplity Learning Solutions, engaging in introductory calls and leading the charge in developing tailored strategies to meet prospective clients' unique development and learning needs.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively pursue new business opportunities, drawing upon your existing network and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to expand Amplity's footprint and drive sales.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan, alongside specific account strategies, to foster and deepen relationships with industry contacts, ultimately leading to increased sales and market penetration.
- • A consultative approach is paramount; you will delve into understanding prospective clients' current development skills and future learning solution requirements, crafting customized strategies that address these needs effectively.

- • A key aspect of the role is to proactively engage with prospective clients within your assigned territory, building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities that consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- • You will be selling strategic consulting projects focused on learning and development, requiring a deep understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- • You will "own" all aspects of your assigned clients' and prospects' data-related business development initiatives, from planning and strategizing to execution and follow-through, ensuring alignment with their learning objectives.
- • Developing and implementing a strategic business development plan is crucial for maximizing revenue through effective prospecting and lead generation activities.
- • You will recommend both traditional and innovative strategies designed to achieve client learning solutions business objectives, staying ahead of industry trends.
- • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients, industry associations, complementary service providers, and key decision-makers is essential for long-term success.
- • This includes developing and presenting persuasive proposals, suggesting strategic approaches, and defining budgets and pricing that align with client needs and Amplity's value.
- • You will serve as the primary communication channel between clients and internal Amplity teams, demonstrating a profound knowledge of learning and development best practices and solutions.
- • Critically reviewing reports, presentations, and RFPs, and collaborating with clients and internal teams through multiple iterations, will be necessary to ensure project objectives are met with excellence.
- • The role requires a willingness to travel up to 30% to engage with clients and attend industry events, further strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities.
