- • Lead and build enduring, strategic relationships with key client accounts to drive long-term revenue growth and account expansion in the creator marketing space
- • Direct team strategies to execute campaign initiatives aligned with client KPIs, financial objectives, and ROI targets across the full campaign lifecycle
- • Own the end-to-end account management process including sales, communication, negotiation, and retention for high-value brand clients
- • Collaborate with Account Managers, Creator Partner Managers, and Revenue Operations teams to align execution with client goals and internal workflows
- • Leverage marketing collateral, visual presentations, industry research, and sales analytics to support client decision-making and campaign optimization
- • Partner cross-functionally with creative, media, and technology teams to develop tailored, culturally relevant campaign solutions for brand clients
- • Deliver comprehensive reporting, financial forecasts, and performance projections using competitive analysis, client growth plans, and revenue trend data
- • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients throughout pre-campaign planning, live campaign execution, and post-campaign evaluation and insights delivery
- • Master and internalize Pearpop’s proprietary execution process to ensure seamless, scalable, and high-quality campaign launches for every client
- • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities with incoming clients sourced through business development efforts
- • Maintain deep expertise in creator culture, brand objectives, and social media trends to inform campaign strategy and client recommendations
- • Manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously with precision, ensuring consistent communication, timely deliverables, and high satisfaction rates
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while maintaining organizational rigor and attention to detail
- • Act as a self-starter who identifies opportunities for client growth, process improvement, and revenue expansion without direct supervision
- • Communicate complex campaign insights and financial outcomes clearly and persuasively to executive-level brand stakeholders
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect Pearpop’s commitment to cultural relevance, creative excellence, and performance-driven results
- • Drive client retention and upsell initiatives by demonstrating ongoing value through data-backed campaign performance and strategic recommendations
- • Represent Pearpop as a trusted partner to brands seeking authentic, scalable creator-driven marketing solutions
- • Maintain accurate client documentation, campaign records, and revenue tracking within internal systems to support reporting and forecasting
