📋 Description
- • As the first Director of Client Success, Partners at Pivotal Health Inc., you will build and lead the Partner Success function from the ground up, owning the most strategically complex relationships in the company’s portfolio and serving as the senior point of contact for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partners who influence implementation, outcomes, product feedback, and expansion across provider groups.
- • You will own senior relationship management across all channel partners, drive performance conversations using real RCM metrics (net collection rate, win rate, days in AR), build scalable frameworks for partner health and risk identification, and act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem to inform product strategy and operational improvements.
- • You will sit on the Client Experience leadership team, report to the Head of Client Experience, and partner closely with Sales to drive expansion opportunities while creating the Partner CS playbook, including QBRs, communication cadences, escalation processes, and reporting infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a critical function in a high-growth health tech startup, gain deep exposure to healthcare reimbursement workflows, influence cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Leadership), and build credibility operating at the executive level with CFOs and other senior leaders in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in client success, account management, or revenue cycle with experience managing channel, partner, or multi-layer client relationships
- • Experience managing complex, multi-layered relationships requiring influence across multiple stakeholders and organizations
- • Comfortable and credible operating at the executive level leading strategic conversations with senior leaders
- • Fluent in RCM metrics and healthcare billing operations (e.g., net collection rate, win rate, days in AR)
- • Proven builder: experience building a function or playbook from scratch, or visibly ready to do so
- • Excellent cross-functional operator able to influence Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
- • Excited by ambiguity and energized by building rather than inheriting mature processes
- • Startup experience strongly preferred
